The challenge

Facility water management often relies on manual tank and pump inspections, reactive leak discovery, and zero real-time operational visibility. Operators have no unified view of water levels, pump health, or flow anomalies across multiple sites. AquaOps addresses these gaps by enabling an IoT-native approach to water and pump monitoring that is scalable and cost-effective.

The solution

AquaOps combines an ESP32-class edge controller with level and flow sensors, optional protected relay control, and MQTT-based telemetry. Data is ingested into a secure backend, stored in PostgreSQL, and surfaced through a React/Next.js web dashboard and a dedicated mobile operations app. The system provides end-to-end coverage from embedded sensing through cloud ingestion, alerting, and field-user interaction, supporting multi-site deployments with a secure, scalable architecture.
