The challenge
Fleet operators commonly rely on paper-based inspection forms that are difficult to search, easy to lose, and impossible to analyze at scale. Drivers completing pre-trip and post-trip walk-arounds have no standardized checklist, and defect reports submitted on paper often lack photographic evidence. This makes it difficult for fleet managers to track recurring issues, demonstrate regulatory compliance during audits, or identify vehicles that should be taken out of service.
The solution
FleetCheck provides a structured digital inspection flow that guides drivers through a complete vehicle walk-around covering tires, brakes, lights, mirrors, fluids, horn, steering, and safety equipment. Each item can be marked pass, fail, or deferred. When a defect is found, the driver captures a photo and logs the severity. Fleet managers review inspections in a central dashboard showing compliance rates, open defects, and fleet status. Weekly charts surface inspection completion trends, and the system generates audit-ready compliance reports.
