ReturnLoop combines a customer-facing return request portal with a back-office operations dashboard and a mobile inspection app. Return requests are captured with order context, photos, and reason codes. Inbound shipments are tracked with carrier integrations. Warehouse staff receive structured checklists for inspection, and approved returns automatically trigger refund processing and inventory updates. The system provides end-to-end visibility from the moment a customer requests a return through final restocking or disposal, supporting multiple return reasons and policies with a configurable rules engine.
